I can tell you why :iconwhitedog1: blocked you, and probably blocked this account too: Because it tickled her fancy, or perhaps for no goddamn reason at all.

She doesn't think her watchers have any worth; she treats them like shit if they have anything to say but blind praise and ass-patting.

She mass-banned a ton of them a few months ago just because... well, just read the journal entry she gave for it.

You got it.

I, unlike her, am not of the opinion that my watchers are good for nothing but pageviews and compliments.

I used to be a fan of hers, actually, until I saw the mass-ban. Showed me how capricious and flippantly apathetic of her fans she really is. I now use her as an example of what NOT to be; as a deviant, as an artist, or as a person.

My advice would be, to find someone else more worthy of your attention; there are plenty out there who are better than she is, both in terms of artistic ability, and in social skills.

If you'd care for some suggestions, I'm fond of these;
